A major generative artist, Mapan works are know for their inspired pallets and convincing textures. With an incredible body of work along with many accolades and major exhibitions, William Mapan is surely on his way to becoming one of the most important artists in the genre.

"Dragons" is one of Mapan's earliest works from the Tezos fxhash platform, and one of his most adored. The collection is beyond art, evoking mystique and mythology from a past never known.
"Recursive Painting" is a playful nod to real-world materials and traditional methods, with a code-based twist (check out the deca gallery to see what we mean!)
"Anticyclone" is Mapan's seminal release on the ArtBlocks platform. Greeted with acclaim from the moment it appeared, it remains one of the most prominent releases on one of the most important platforms in the space.
However, it is "Sketchbook A#11" which is the most treasured work we own, indeed it's one of our most favourite pieces across the entirety of artwork we own. One of the most talked about releases of 2023, Mapan created an algorithm as a homage to childhood drawings. A very limited series of only 64 pieces, each is completely different from the last, highlighting the incredible power of the code. Collectors were pivotal to the work, most scrolling through 100s if not 1000s of outputs to mint the one that spoke to them the most. For us, when we saw #11 there was simply no hesitation and we immediately clicked the mint button to realise this work for perpetuity.
